The portable CS Plus Jr provides dependable, versatile cap sealing in a convenient, hand-held device designed specifically for low production applications and laboratory development programs.

This user-friendly, cost-efficient method for applying induction seals includes a simple, multi-function LCD display and its performance may be enhanced through a range of optional equipment — including a stand and conveyor sealing head.

The CS Plus Jr cap sealing system delivers strong, tamper-evident seals that prevent leakage and ensure integrity for a range of products, including food, pharmaceuticals, beverages, cosmetics, solvents, petroleum products and chemicals.

  • Hand-Held Coil Stand: Features a compact, bench-top design and eliminates the need to hold the sealing head. Allows easy centering and accurate container positioning, and ensures sealing repeatability
  • Sealing Heads: Three sealing heads are available:
    – Small for caps from 5mm to 58mm
    – Extra large for caps from 20mm to 120mm
    – Special for Yorker, sport caps, etc. from 5mm to 38mm
  • Conveyor Configuration: Use the CS Plus Jr power supply for low volume conveyor applications with a conveyor sealing head and stand. from 38mm to 83mm
